In consideration of being allowed to participate in the above watersports, I hereby agree as follows:
To waive and release any and all claims against the operator and/or its representative(s) in case of injury, damage, or any other physical or medical conditions from these watersport activities.
I, the undersigned, declare that to the best of my knowledge, I am medically fit and not suffering from any of the following medical conditions:
Asthma and other respiratory problems, cardiac problems, convulsions, epilepsy, and/or pregnancy.The company wishes to inform you that wearing a life jacket is compulsory during all watersport activities and boat transfers. The safety of our customers and crew is one of our highest priorities.
*Please look after your belongings. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
Cancellation and Refund
Activities once paid will not be refunded.
Instead, a rescheduling of the date will be offered at your convenience.
A refund shall only be considered as a last resort, at the discretion of the company, and only in case of bad weather conditions such as a cyclone.Thank you for your understanding.
